Fasting: is not preferred as you will be requested to considerably increase fluid intake, consequently increasing urination frequency, as frequent urination is requested.

Medication contradiction: A list of medications should be provided as they may cause an interference with the examination.

Tracer method of intake: The radiopharmaceutical tracer will be injected intravenously.

Examination duration: The imaging process will take 15 minutes; the imaging will be conducted 2 hours after the tracer is injected.
